As each piece at Presley’s Place is pre-loved, individually described and generally one-of-a-kind, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, incorrect choice, sizing or fit.

We carefully inspect, photograph and describe every piece, including its condition and any noticeable marks, fading, wear or imperfections.

Please take a moment to review all product photos, condition details and sizing information before purchasing. If you'd like additional measurements or information about a piece, please get in touch before placing your order. We're always happy to help. ✿

Something not quite right?

If we've made a mistake, your item is significantly different from its description, or you believe there is a genuine fault that wasn't disclosed, please contact us with your order number and photos of the issue.

Nothing in this policy excludes or limits your rights under Australian Consumer Law.
